Error message
‘Browser error. Close the browser and retry your SRA client session. If this error appears again, clear your browser cache or retry with another supported browser. (776)’
Error description
This error is usually caused when the browser can’t connect. This may be because:

The network connection was dropped or changed.
or

The browser session is inactive.
or
-
The browser is taking too long to respond.
Resolution
Try refreshing the page in your browser.
If the message reappears shortly after you refresh the page, use Connectivity Checker to make sure your network meets the minimum requirements for accessing Skytap VMs.
