Error message: ‘The VMs are set to ‘Do not run’ in the VM sequencing settings. Either edit the VM sequencing settings or start the VMs individually using the VM run buttons.’

Error description

If VM sequencing is enabled, it’s applied when the entire environment is run or shut down. Generally, this error appears when you attempt to run the environment, and all of the suspended or shut down environments are in the Do not run category in the environment VM sequencing settings.

Resolution

• To run each VM, use the run controls on the VM tile, instead of the environment-wide run button. For help, see Run, suspend, or shut down VMs in an environment.

• To edit the VM sequencing settings, see VM sequencing.
