Try this:

If you can’t connect to your VM after passing the Connectivity Checker test, make sure that the VM is running.

  1. Access the environment or sharing portal page.
  2. If the VM background is green, the VM is running.

    If it’s gray or blue, the machine is busy, suspended, or stopped; click Run to start the VM.

  3. When the VM is running, try to connect to it again.
If you don’t have access to the Skytap interface or if you don’t have the option to run the VM, work with the administrator or instructor who provided you with access to the VM.
