Error description
VMware Tools is not installed on the VM, or the VM has an unsupported version of VMware Tools.
VMware Tools provides the video driver that allows you to control your VM mouse cursor, the networking drivers required for VM network connectivity, and support for running, suspending, and shutting down the VM from the Skytap interface.
