Troubleshooting VM Access

If you’ve refreshed the page and the VM is gray and spinning, you may be experiencing limits because of other user activity in your account. If you’re an administrator, you can research this issue further by visiting Why is my operation pending?.

If need to start several VMs at once, consider using VM sequencing to start small groups of VMs in intervals. For more information, see VM sequencing.

Do this:

If your VM has been gray and spinning for more than 5 minutes or if your VM is taking longer than normal to start, contact support at support@skytap.com.
