Kyndryl Cloud Uplift is a public cloud that provides the infrastructure for the virtual machines you’re using. Kyndryl Cloud Uplift Support is unable to manage data, accounts, or applications within the VMs, including the following:

  • Missing or incorrect user names and passwords.
  • Applications or databases on the VM that won’t load or that don’t work properly.
  • Extending access time for a sharing portal.
  • Restoring a VM back to a previous state.
  • Giving you access to start or stop a VM.
