Troubleshooting VM Access
Try this:
- Check your network connection using the Speedtest tool (http://speedtest.skytap.com). For instructions, see Testing bandwidth and latency with Speedtest.
- After your tests runs, use the test results to look for these problems:

Less than 1.2 Mbps for each concurrent browser session with a VM. If you don’t have enough bandwidth, see My network has low bandwidth. What can I do?.

- Latency above 150 ms. If your latency is higher than 150 ms, the VM will display noticeable lag or it will frequently disconnect. 150ms or less will provide optimal performance. To try to reduce latency, see My network has high latency to Skytap. What can I do?
- High packet loss. If you have high packet loss, overall performance will be poor. Work with your network administrator to review your network connection.
