Restoring a region to a Skytap on Microsoft Azure account
Here’s what happens if you inadvertently deleted an individual region from your Skytap on Azure account, or deleted the last or only region in you Skytap on Azure account:
Multi-region account
- For the region you’ve deleted, all of the VMs are shut down and usage limits are set to zero.
- The region is visible in the Azure portal but is inaccessible for seven days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
- To restore access to the deleted region and all of its assets, contact Skytap Customer Success or your account manager during the seven-day grace period.
Single-region account
- If this is the last or only region in your account, all VMs are shut down and usage limits are set to zero.
- Your account is inaccessible for seven days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
- To restore access to your deleted account and all of its assets, contact Skytap Customer Success or your account manager during the seven-day grace period.
