Using Course Manager fields for Skytap reporting

Link Course Manager fields to Skytap label categories to publish field values to training environments as metadata for Skytap usage reporting.

To use a Course Manager field for Skytap reporting, you must:

Create a single-value label category in Skytap that will be used to collect the Course Manager field values as label values. For more information about creating label categories in Skytap, see Creating usage label categories.
On the Course Manager Settings page, find the Label category names category. Type the label category as the value for the field setting, and then click Update settings. For more information about managing Course Manager account settings, see Managing account settings.

For example, to report on Skytap usage per Course Manager course, you can:

Create a Course Manager Course label category in Skytap.
On the Course Manager Settings page, find the Label category names category. Type Course as the value for the Course name setting, and then click Update settings.
Filter on Course values in a Skytap report to extract Skytap usage per Course Manager course. For more information about viewing usage data in Skytap, see Viewing usage data.
