Error message: ‘The server could not be reached. Please check your internet connection and try again.’

Error description

Generally, this error occurs when a request times out. This may be because:

  • Your internet connection dropped.

    or

  • You have high latency in your network connection.

    or

  • The environment isn’t available.

Resolution
  • Verify that you have a network connection, and then refresh the page.
  • Check your internet connection to make sure you meet the minimum access requirements for accessing Skytap VMs. For instructions, see Using the Connectivity Checker.
